Silver Bullet W.I.S.E. Sales Professionals® serves to connect highly experienced sales professionals, like you, with business owners wanting to move from "start-up" to "scale-up". Our Silver Bullets work 3 days per week in the client's business, over a 4-6 month project period, focusing on sales execution. In some cases you can be assigned to two client projects simultaneously - if that's something you want.
Utilising our S.I.L.V.E.R. Sales Growth® methodology, you work with your assigned clients with an emphasis on sales execution, allowing them to become unshackled from sales while you take responsibility for significantly increasing revenues and establishing a scalable and repeatable sales structure, cadence and discipline.
You're going to be using your know-how, experience, connections to 3X+ their sales, while also setting in place a total sales ecosystem that they can then further recruit people into, knowing that they've been set up for success by you. Our clients engage us to take advantage of the fact that you possess our W.I.S.E. attributes - Wisdom. Insight. Sensibility. Experience.
In some cases, at the end of the assignment period you may transition permanently onto their payroll. Or, you can be assigned to a new client. Or, you can just take a break. Entirely your choice.

Every member of the Silver Bullet community will meet a strict set of selection criteria - which is designed to instantly give credibility, demonstrating your capability in an undeniably powerful way. Clients won't be hoping you're good. They'll know it.
We'll actively promote the Silver Bullet service on your behalf. You don't need to do any of that. We'll be using every appropraite channel of marketing available today to position the service - and you. That will also include ensuring that you're in the top 25% of the LinkedIn SSI.
Using our S.I.L.V.E.R. Sales Growth® methodology, we'll match you with ideal assignments that will draw on your deep expertise. You'll work, typically, 3-days a week (which can include working across 2 clients simultaneously) for up to 6 months.
On a weekly basis the entire Silver Bullet community will come together, online. We'll share insights, current challenges and wins. We'll also invest in ongoing professional development around contemporary sales best practices.
The intent of the Silver Bullet assignment is to scale sales while also building the ecosystem needed to ensure future hires are set up for success. At the end of your assignment you can take a break, pick up a new assignment, or where both parties agree, transition to the client's payroll.
